This place SUCKS! My mother went there recently and she was greeted with horrendous service! They did absolutely nothing and made light of the whole situation! I really recommend that they be reported! I would never recommend that anyone go here... not even my worst enemy! This place is full of MALPRACTICE!
Great service, clean facility, concerned and caring staff. Checked in, checked out, xray taken, examination by and consult with a doctor all in >1 hour. Great job people. Where we are from, going to the er is an adventure. You had better pack a lunch. If you are not bleeding severely or having a heart attack, take a number.
Holdenville hospital about caused my wife to lose her arm. What started as a boil turned in to celulitus because the e.r. doctor had lanced the boil then he put a wooden qtip in the boil then they (e.r. staff) ask my wife for her insurance and we said she didnt have insurance so they put tape over the cut, (they had just ask what color stitches she wanted , when they found out we didnt have insurance they immediately stopped everything they was doing and put the tape on it) she ended up spending a week in Shawnee hospital with celulitus and almost a blood infection because of Holdenville hospital. And she had to have surgery at Shawnee hospital to have liftnoids removed as well. So what we are saying is this, if you dont have insurance the Holdenville hospital will not treat you as good as they would if you had insurance. And if you owe a back bill to the hospital they will come in and make you sign a payment agreement before they work on you. Everytime we have been to holdenville hospital it has been a bad experience. But there is some nice people there not very many though.
These people do not know what they are doing! They just cause whatever is wrong to get worse! Give you medicine without knowing what they are treating!
