Then 10 minutes later the owner called me and stated that the vet called them that I had their dog!! WTH??!!
I had a dog wander into my neighbor's yard that had a (current) tag from this vet. (This same dog had wandered into my yard several days before.)

Extremely poor customer service, lazy, just plain rude.
So I walk next door to the neighbors that has safely contained the dog & she calls & again Haley answers. She indicates that the tag info does not match the current owner & they have no way of getting in touch with the owner. When my neighbor asked if this info was available when I called & she stated yes. Then she asked why the info wasn't given to me when I called & she said she just found the info out. Wait, what?? Then Haley hung up on her!! Seriously??

I called the vet, gave the info to Haley. I waited an hour with no return call. I called back & again Haley answered. She stated that they were 'swamped' & she didn't have time to look the info up & besides that she didn't know how to. I asked if anyone else could help me & she said that the only other girl that knew how to was gone. I inquired how long it would be to expect a return phone call. She indicated 20 minutes. So I waited. And waited. After an hour I called back & inquired if the other girl was back. She said yes, she just walked in & proceeded to hang up on me.
